Whether you have a potential opportunity or a case that you have submitted for underwriting, you need to enter it into BSC Pro.

BSC Pro is a multi-function web based tool Team Fusion uses to track and manage the cases that are written and submitted by our licensed agents. We also use it to track new associate progress and points generated by our team submitting business.

Using Salesforce

Salesforce is a web based Client Relationship Management (CRM) system that has been customized for individual use on our WFG platform. This tool is best used via computer desktop and can only be accessed via mywfg.com on the business tab.

Please use the following steps to enter client information and submit applications.

1. Create a client account. Learn how to add client information into an account and create linked household accounts. CLICK HERE for video tutorial.
